Next Gen Pastor

First Baptist Church of Pella, Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Next Generation Pastor to lead and develop ministries for children, youth, and young adults (ages 0-21).

This role involves overseeing discipleship, teaching, and outreach efforts, while helping build a vibrant, intergenerational church focused on knowing Jesus, becoming like Him, and doing what He said.

Condidates should demonstrate mature Christian faith, ministry experience, and the ability to effectively engage the next generation.
